The firm Fontaine & Cía. Abogados was founded in 1987 by Arturo Fontaine Aldunate, following a tradition begun by Arturo Fontaine Calvo in 1904. Its mission is to provide legal assistance of excellence for the growing needs for efficiency and timeliness that our clients require.
In order to meet the strong demand for capable attention in fully responding in a personalized manner to the complex demands that business activity currently requires, Fontaine & Cía. in 2003 and following a successful merger process, significantly extended the field of its specialist services by adopting the present structure.
Since then special priority has been given to incorporating high-level professionals as well as to maintaining a continued improvement in the different areas of law comprised in the Firm’s consultancy, so as to provide legal counsel that meets the complex challenges faced by the Firm’s clients.
Fontaine & Cía. comprises a team of specialist lawyers in the most important areas of legal practice. Due to the strong orientation to corporate advice, the firm has developed a special strength in civil, commercial, real estate, tax and labor matters, and also successful performance in the defense of its clients’ interests before the courts of justice.
